Winter Walking

Interested in getting some exercise throughout the winter months, but can’t seem to recruit any friends or family to join you? Then you may be interested in joining the Winter Walking Program. See below for times and contact information to learn more. This is a great way to enjoy your walks and meet others in the community.

Details on the 2013-2014 Winter Walking program will be posted when available. For more information call North Lambton Community Health Centre at 519-786-4545 ext 273.
